 SHINTOism is not religion

SHINTOism is not a religion. The person who saw this title might be surprised. The reason why SHINTOism is not a religion ?Only there is a ceremony in SHINTOism, the sutra does not exist. This is the reason.
Shintoism is not taught like the Bible, the Koran, etc. However, people in Japan only feel the god. And, people only wish to the god and do not confess. Even the god who came from the foreign country easily accepts people in Japan.
Therefore, it is easy for people in Japan to be misunderstood by the foreigner, we don't have the belief core. However, it is a belief of the Japanese to feel the god for everything.
In a word, the Japanese does not have a religious core though has the belief core.
